Vitamin B12 – This vitamin plays a role in the production of red blood cells[1] and DNA. You may find it in animal products such as fish, meat, eggs, and dairy. Vitamin B12 deficiency is common, especially in the elderly. People with vitamin B12 deficiencies may often report mood changes.
Chinese Skullcap – This flower is a plant from the mint family.
