Gail Gensler is a 60 year young pro aging fitness enthusiast.
Her goal is to change the narrative about aging through fitness and embracing a healthy lifestyle. She inspires younger generations to not " fear the years" and motivates her peers to never take their wellness for granted. She is still in beast mode boxing and doing HIIT classes 6 days a week!
Gail is here to break the barrier of institutional ageism. She emphasizes how it's time for brands to realize that midlife women are a force to be reckoned with and have tremendous buying power NOW and shouldn't be depicted as anything less than the vibrant, healthy and engaged. She is a firm believer that women should never let society dictate what we should wear, enjoy and most certainly the type of workouts we do.
