How Does Probiotic Pearls Work?

All Probiotic Pearls products contain probiotic strains that benefit both the small and large intestine. Probiotics are live microorganisms naturally found in the human intestine. They are also good bacteria since they help prevent different kinds of conditions.

When in the intestine, the probiotic strains may help support digestive balance and colon health, boost immune defense, and keep away occasional gas, bloating, and constipation.

Probiotic Pearls is also a triple-layer soft gel supplement that may keep the probiotics safe from heat, moisture, and stomach acids. This feature may make the supplement more likely to reach your intestine.

Who Is The Manufacturer Of Probiotic Pearls?

Originally, North-American company Enzymatic Therapy manufactured Probiotic Pearls. However, in 2008, Enzymatic Therapy decided to sell the company. Enzymatic Therapy products, including Probiotic Pearls, are now under the company Nature’s Way.

In 1968, Tom Murdock founded Nature’s Way in hopes of improving his wife’s health. After trying conventional medicine, he turned to traditional Native American practices by incorporating natural ingredients to aid his wife’s health.

What Are The Ingredients In Probiotic Pearls?

Here are the primary ingredients found in Probiotic Pearls:

Lactobacillus Acidophilus – A kind of probiotic bacteria, L. acidophilus is naturally found in the human body and other fermented food such as miso and sauerkraut. This kind of bacteria can also help break down sugars in your digestive system.

Research shows that when you take probiotics, it helps improve the balance of good and bad bacteria in your gut, which may support your digestion and boost your immune system.

Bifidobacterium Longum – A species of bacteria found in your gastrointestinal tract. B. longum breaks down sugars in your gut and turns them into lactic acid. Some studies indicate that B. longum helps stop constipation, counteract high cholesterol levels, diminish intestinal inflammation, and give relief to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms[1].
Bifidobacterium Lactis – According to a 2015 study, B. lactis is a probiotic strain that may enhance gastrointestinal symptoms and change gut hypersensitivity. A lot of researchers also believe that B. lactis can strengthen intestinal function and immunity.
Lactobacillus Plantarum – Lactobacillus plantarum is a probiotic bacteria strain that encourages your digestive system to fight off disease-causing bacteria and prevent health problems. In a 2012 clinical trial, Lactobacillus plantarum showed its benefits in helping to alleviate pain and bloating during IBS.
Lactobacillus Rhamnosus – L. rhamnosus is a well-known probiotic strain that can resist acid and bile while it grows in intestinal walls. With this, it remains in the human gut longer than other Lactobacillus strains. According to a study from the BMJ[2], L. rhamnosus helps decrease the risk of diarrhea and IBS symptoms.

I am very disappointed to say that so far I haven't noticed any improvements
I have read lots of reviews and decided that these can be the right choice for me. I had high hopes that adding daily probiotics would help ease my frustrating digestive issues. I do really like the fact that I only have to take one of these tiny little pearls once a day. However, I am very disappointed to say that so far I haven’t noticed any improvements. Once the 90 days are up, I may try another probiotic, but so far I am not impressed with them, NOT AT ALL!!
