Kate writes from lived experience and she’s passionate about supporting other people with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and body image issues. She was diagnosed with ADHD during the lockdown in 2020, which has been a game-changer for her self-care. She firmly believes that the better we understand ourselves, the better our lives will be.
