Michelle began practising yoga in 2003, originally enjoying the physical benefits. But then she found it also helped her with the birth of both of her children, and took up meditation when she was on stress leave. She now prefers the calming effects that yoga brings to hr mind, and decided to quit her career as a school teacher, in order to teach adults about the wonderful world of yoga and its many benefits.
In addition to teaching gentle vinyasa flow classes and restorative yoga, she specialises in teaching Yoga for Menopause in order to help women through this important transition in their lives. She aims to make yoga accessible for everyone regardless of ability and shape so that they can enjoy this ancient practice.
