Overview of Nature Made Sleep

Nature Made Sleep is a potentially helpful short-term remedy for sleep problems. All the ingredients are naturally sourced, and the capsules are formulated with the help of professional and highly trained nutritionists.

Nature Made Sleep might not be an effective long-term solution for a sleep disorder, and if you have other health problems or are on other medications, Nature Made Sleep might not be the right supplement for you. The good news is that Nature Made offers a 100% money-back guarantee if you are unhappy with their products.

If you’re wondering if this supplement might be right for you, here is a thorough Nature Made Sleep review.

How Does Nature Made Sleep Work?

Nature Made Sleep is made with melatonin and l-theanine, both of which help you fall asleep faster, and wake up feeling better-rested. Melatonin is a hormone that is naturally secreted by your brain, and l-theanine is naturally found in many plants that increase feelings of relaxation.

All the ingredients in Nature Made Sleep are natural and sourced from high-quality ingredients. You won’t find anything synthetic in these soft gel capsules, including the coloring. Everything is 100% natural, so you don’t have to worry about strange, manufactured ingredients in your sleep aids.

Who Is The Manufacturer Of Nature Made Sleep?

Nature Made Sleep is manufactured by Nature Made, which was first established in 1971, and they source all the ingredients used in their products naturally. Nature Made works with professional PhD-level nutritionists to make sure their products are all safe and effective.

What Are The Ingredients In Nature Made Sleep?

L-theanine – Each soft gel capsule contains 200mg of L-theanine. It is found in many plants and species of fungus. It is frequently thought to help relieve anxiety, stress, and increase feelings of relaxation. However, more research needs to be done on the benefits of L-theanine.
Melatonin – You will also find 3mg of melatonin[1] in each capsule. This hormone is secreted naturally by your body’s pineal gland in response to darkness. It promotes sleepiness and is used to regulate your sleep cycle.

What Are The Benefits Of Nature Made Sleep?

  • All the ingredients are naturally sourced and tested by professional nutritionists.
  • There are no artificial flavors, so you can trust that everything in these capsules is natural.
  • The melatonin in these capsules is also very effective at helping to treat sleep disorders as well as high blood pressure, endometriosis, and anxiety.

What Are The Drawbacks Of Nature Made Sleep?

  • The benefits of L-theanine are not 100% proven. More research needs to be done on the effectiveness of this ingredient as a sleep aid.
  • Nature Made Sleep might interact negatively with medications. If you are considering taking any new kind of supplement, always check in with your doctor first. This is especially true if you have any other medical conditions or are currently taking medications.

FAQs: Consumer Questions & Answers

In our research for this report, we found that consumers are frequently asking the following questions online in regard to Nature Made Sleep.

Overall, Nature Made Sleep is a safe product, but you should be aware of the potentially harmful effects of melatonin[2].

The L-theanine in these capsules is most likely safe if taken for short periods, but the effects of taking this ingredient long term have not been thoroughly studied.

The melatonin in Nature Made Sleep might have several negative side effects. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should not take this supplement. Not enough research has been done to determine whether it is safe even in small amounts, so it is best not to take it.

If you have depression, melatonin might exacerbate your symptoms. The same is true for people with bleeding disorders. Melatonin might also increase your levels of blood sugar, which will be problematic for those with diabetes. If you have a seizure disorder, melatonin could also potentially increase your risk of seizures.

Before taking any new supplement, even if you are not taking medications or have any known medical issues, you should speak to your doctor first. That way, you can come to an informed decision together.

Nature Made recommends that you take one capsule about an hour before you go to bed. Remember that you shouldn’t operate any vehicles or heavy machinery within 8 hours of taking this supplement.

Nature Made does not offer free trials for their products. If you are not happy with the product you receive, they do offer a money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

Nature Made Sleep is a trusted product. It uses melatonin, which is naturally secreted by your brain to help regulate your sleep cycle as opposed to ingredients found in other supplements like valerian root or lavender. This means you will be getting the hormone that your body produces naturally anyway. However, melatonin should not be used daily for long periods. This supplement should only be used occasionally. If you are having trouble with a sleep disorder, it is best to speak to your doctor to find a more long-term solution.

You might experience some grogginess while taking Nature Made Sleep. If you’re taking other medications or have any other health problems, the melatonin in these capsules might exacerbate your symptoms or make your medication ineffective. Always talk to your doctor before taking any new supplements.

If you are having occasional trouble falling and staying asleep, Nature Made Sleep might be very helpful! However, this supplement might not be a long-term solution. The long-term effects of L-theanine have not been thoroughly tested. Taking melatonin for long periods might also have potential drawbacks.

What Are Consumers Saying About Nature Made Sleep?

The Nature Made Sleep reviews on Amazon are generally very positive. Be aware that some people appear to grow a tolerance to the ingredients over time, making the capsules less effective.

Most people experience problems sleeping at some time of their life, whether it’s an inability to relax and fall asleep quickly or an issue with waking up in the night and having trouble getting back to sleep. When the issue is ongoing, the lack of sleep, and distress that it causes, will have a negative impact both physically and emotionally, which is why finding a fast-acting, safe solution is essential.

Because there are so many different brands of sleep supplements on the market like Nature Made Sleep, we’ve produced in-depth reviews to help you make the right choice for your needs, covering all aspects of what to look for in an effective supplement, from the key ingredients, manufacturer, and clinical data to the cost, money-back guarantees, and customer feedback.

It's better compared to waking up 2-3 times a night. This helps me!
I still wake up about once a night, but it’s better compared to waking up 2-3 times a night or if you are waking up once and not being able to sleep for hours. This helps me with that. However, I still find myself waking up early after taking as many as two at a time.
