She is a twice Certified Wellness/ Care Coach, Author of “Embracing Healing: A Slow Down Thirty Day Practice”. She lives in Maryland and offers coaching and educates with LEAF (Lyme Education, Awareness Foundation), as the Frederick LEAF Leader at events.
