Kate writes from lived experience and she’s passionate about supporting other people with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and body image issues. She was diagnosed with ADHD during the lockdown in 2020, which has been a game-changer for her self-care. She firmly believes that the better we understand ourselves, the better our lives will be. When she’s not blogging about relationships and mental health, you can usually find her doing Zoom baking sessions with friends, reading sci-fi novels or tending to her temperamental house plants.
