I am a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in personal training and exercise science. I have two beautiful children who are my motivation to continue on my path of wellness. I have been passionate about health, wellness, and fitness for years and wanted to continue my education and help others live their best possible lives! Physical fitness is crucial to our overall health, and I make it a point to be active. My favorite form of physical activity is to hike out in nature with my kids and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. I also love to spend time in the gym jamming to great music and lifting weights.
