Joy Oboh is a graduate of International Relations. Since her college days, she has had an interest in physical fitness and wellness thus, her journey into fitness instructing/personal training and massage therapy.
With the latter, she worked at a wellness center volunteering to care for and provide company to chronically ill patients requiring post-chemo treatments consisting mostly of freshly-pressed juices and raw, plant-based foods.
She has written articles on ghostwriting basis in the fitness, health, and lifestyle niches where she shares helpful tips and ideas for living a healthier life. She has also published a number of vegan/plant-based recipe books with easy-to-make meals on Amazon.
When she is not writing or training, she is hanging out at her favorite coffee shop, scrolling through YouTube, or giving a massage.
